Layout 1 – Accommodation can be set up as per the photos to have a separate lounge and 3 bedrooms (a total of 1 king size bed and 3 double beds). There is also a sofabed in the hallway.
Layout 2 – Accommodation can alternatively be laid out to be 4 double bedrooms but without the separate lounge. There is also a sofabed in the hallway.
Other accommodation includes dining/kitchen (with original flagstone floor), a spacious entrance hall. There is wooden flooring throughout, traditional fireplaces, sash and case windows, all rooms are very spacious, etc. Secure entry system. TV and Wifi are included. This City Centre location is excellent for transport links to Edinburgh Airport (via the Tram and Airport Bus) and to all major cities via the Train Station. Landmarks in this area include The Balmoral Hotel, St Andrews Square and Waverley Train Station. Major brand shop shops line Princes Street and George Street, including an Apple Store and department stores Harvey Nicholls and fantastic retail shopping in the new St James Quarter Shopping Centre. On the minor streets, you'll find a fair share of boutique shops, pubs and restaurants, particularly Rose Street and Thistle Street.
