This year, property owners need to be aware that the City of Edinburgh Council requires all ‘Short Term Let’ properties to have appropriate Licences in place for which there will be additional costs – Licence fees are £120 for ‘HMO’ properties and for non HMO properties the costs are £250 for up to 1- 5 persons occupancy and £350 for 6-10 persons.
