Our Staff

Jason Redman is a qualified Chartered Surveyor who has run our company and successfully managed 1100 + ‘festival lets’ over the last 16 years. Jason has worked in the property industry for the last 25 years and brings a multitude of skills and experience to this unique letting proposition. He is the primary contact for all our property owners, handling everything from the initial property viewing / photography / preparing it for listing, marketing / negotiation of rental, preparation of legal contracts, collection of monies / deposits and managing the let during a guest’s stay. This attention to detail ensures that respective hosts and guests receive an excellent service and experience a trouble free ‘festival let’ from start to finish.

Kathryn Lorimer is a qualified Chartered Accountant from Canada who has worked with our company for the last 10 years. She has a fantastic North American attitude to customer service, taking a ‘genuine interest’ in matching festival guests with the perfect festival flat for their particular budget requirements. With her accounting experience, strong sense of customer service and excellent communication skills, Kathryn is a great asset to our business. She will always go the extra mile to make sure that visitors are happy with their festival accommodation at the same time making sure they are aware of their responsibilities in looking after the property (which very often are our clients’ family homes).
