Sleeps 1 person. A fantastic location in the heart of the Old Town (just off the famous Grassmarket area), this provides good quality apart-hotel style accommodation at great prices. We have single occupancy Classic Rooms available, each with 3/4 bed (i.e. 4 ft width bed), desk and chair, drawers, wardrobe and ensuite shower / WC facilities. Rooms are approx 13 m2 in size. Bedding and towels are changed on weekly basis for long stay guests. There is a shared living area and fully equipped kitchen (i.e. one per 4-5 bedrooms) with seating area and coffee table. The kitchen is available for use of all residents and residents must clean after use. The living space is given a light clean after each room departure and a weekly clean. The building also benefits from secure key card access / 24 hr CCTV, a common room and coin operated laundry facilities. Wi-fi internet access in each room completes the package!

Old Town Edinburgh and Royal Mile
The Old Town area of the City is 'prime location' for the Edinburgh Fringe and summer festivals. The Royal Mile links Holyrood Palace up to Edinburgh Castle and every August the Royal Mile pulsates to the sounds and sights of Festival Fringe performers who line the street to showcase their talents. It's a great location for pubs and restaurants and there are also plenty of local amenities and convenience stores. The Edinburgh Fringe Office is located on the Royal Mile and there are some great venues close by such as Assembly on The Mound, Underbelly in Bristo Square / George Square and The 'Free Fringe' at various nooks and pubs along the Royal Mile. The Pleasance Courtyard, Bristo Square and George Square are only 10-15 mins walk from anywhere in the Old Town. It's well connected too, with excellent transport links in/out of the City, i.e. close to Waverley Railway Station, the Airport Bus and Airport Tram. In summary, the Old Town is Fringe central and the heartbeat of all the buzz and action of the Edinburgh Festivals and is, of course, where you will find Edinburgh Castle.
