Sleeps 1-2 persons. Fantastic city centre location and fantastic value for money, these one bed studio apartments are situated just off the east end of Princes Street in the heart of the City Centre. We still have several studios still available, comprising a small double bed (4 ft width) with en-suite shower room, desk and chair, drawers, wardrobe, small sitting area with TV and kitchenette. Bedding and towels are changed weekly for long stay guests. The building also benefits from secure key fob access / 24 hr CCTV and coin operated laundry facilities. Free broadband wi-fi in each studio apartment completes the package!

City Centre - Princes Street

This City Centre location is excellent for transport links to Edinburgh Airport (via the Tram and Airport Bus) and to all major cities via the Train Station. Landmarks include The Balmoral Hotel, St Andrews Square and Waverley Train Station.  Major brand shop shops line Princes Street and George Street, including a new Apple Store and the department stores Harvey Nicholls and Jenners.  On the minor streets, you'll find a fair share of boutique shops, pubs and restaurants, particularly Rose Street and Thistle Street. During the Edinburgh Festival, The Assembly Rooms on George Street provides one of the big venues, with other great destinations such as the Hill Street Theatre and of course the highly popular 'Book Festival' on Charlotte Square.
