Bainfield Fountainpark is a recently completed development (2014) of purpose built quality residential apartments, situated to the west of the city centre of Edinburgh and within 25 minutes walk of Old Town and Southside Festival venues and attractions. We have a limited selection of 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 bed apartments, each of which has a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, etc.) and comfortable seating area /coffee table. All bedrooms are en-suite have a ‘smaller double’ (4 ft width) bed and accommodation is serviced weekly with all bedding and towels provided. There are landscaped gardens, secure key card access / 24 hr CCTV, a common room (with pool table and large flat screen TV) and coin operated laundry facilities. Free Wifi access completes the package.
Guide prices for weekly bookings during the festival period are as follows: –
4 bed apartments – £1400 per week
5 bed apartments – £1700 per week
6 bed apartments – £2000 per week
7 bed apartments – £2300 per week
8 bed apartments – £2600 per week
