Sleeps from 3 to 10 persons. 3 bed, 4 bed and 5 bed apartments available in this well located 'aparthotel' style accommodation. at the top of Leith Walk just 5 minutes walk from the Playhouse Theatre, restaurants, bars and leisure facilities of the Omni Centre and Broughton Street. Each 3, 4 and 5 bed apartment has key fob access to en-suite bedrooms (for single or double occupancy) which are 15m2 in size and have a small double bed (i.e. 4 ft width), an en-suite shower room, desk drawers and wardrobe. These 3, 4 and 5 bed en-suite apartments also have the exclusive use of a fully equipped shared kitchen and living area with 32" TV included.

The building also benefits from secure key card access / 24 hr CCTV, a snooker / games area and coin operated laundry facilities. Free Wifi internet access completes the package!

About the area

City Centre (East) - Hillside, Broughton Street, Leith Walk

Covering the area from the East end of Princes Street down to the foot of Leith Walk, this area has great appeal for festival visitors, with The Playhouse Theatre being the cultural hub. There are many restaurants and bars in the area, local favourites include Vittoria's Italian, Joseph Pearce pub and Kushis Indian restaurant. The city centre, Old Town and Southside are an easy walk (15-30 mins) or the very regular bus service that runs along Leith Walk makes it just a short journey into Princes Street, Old Town or Southside venues. Broughton Street is a popular destination in this part of the City, yet more good restaurants, pubs, an Omni cinema and local amenities (butcher, fishmonger and Tesco Metro close by). There is even (gasp!) 'free' city centre parking on some of the streets off Leith Walk which can make this area even more attractive to car borne visitors.
