Searching for Festival Accommodation
Well, good question! We've been helping festival visitors and performers find accommodation for the last 15 years and yes, we really, really, really do want to find you a great place to stay during your stay!
3 good reasons to use us: –
1) We have personally visited and checked all our accommodation (unlike many competitors and some of the 'unverified' listings you might find when searching). Yes, we've heard all the horror stories of bogus properties, money scams, but with us you are dealing with an established company and can pay your money safe in the knowledge that 1) the flat actually exists, 2) there will be someone to meet you on your arrival in Edinburgh, 3) the property will be in good condition (i.e. as displayed in the photographs, 4) that we will deal with any issues during your stay and 5) that your damage deposit will be returned at the end of the letting, i.e. without unnecessary deductions.
2) You can talk to a 'real person' and we are happy to advise and assist you in finding accommodation that suits your requirements – whatever the budget, preferred location, number of beds required, you can actually talk to us over the phone and get our expert opinions on what property might work for your requirement, the best locations and general tips on most things that you might want some advice with. 3) We know what we're talking about and are professional people. Our Director, Jason Redman has 25 years experience as a Chartered Surveyor and our Guest Host is Kathryn Lorimer (a Chartered Accountant by profession). We pride ourselves on looking after our festival guests (which is why so many festival visitors return to use our services every year). We will meet and greet you on arrival, give you a mobile number to call (in case of any questions during your stay) and are fair and professional in all our dealings.

No, unlike some other companies, we DO NOT charge an additional ‘booking fee’ on top of the quoted rental.
No, we don't require everything to be paid to start with! We take a 'booking deposit' (usually between 15% to 20%) to secure the accommodation for you and the balance of monies is payable 6 weeks before your arrival.
